What we collect
When you complete the Get Started form we collect the build you chose, your property nickname, town and country, number of properties, where you are listed now, your listing link, any booking tool you use, how you want guests to book, whether you want to take payments, your name, email address, mobile number and anything else you choose to tell us. We also record that you gave consent and when.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, call you to confirm details, quote and build your site, and to keep records of the work we agreed.
Lawful basis
Consent, which you give when you submit the form, and legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for [placeholder, add retention period]. Customer records are kept for as long as we provide the service and then for the period required for tax and accounting.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and infrastructure provider, and the lead tools we use to manage enquiries and calls. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in our managed database and lead tools. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place. [Placeholder, add provider list and storage region.]
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent or object to our use of it. Email hello@yourbnb.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
