yourbnb builds websites and guest guides for short-term rental hosts. You can reach us at hello@yourbnb.co.uk.

When you complete the Get Started form we collect the build you chose, your property nickname, town and country, number of properties, where you are listed now, your listing link, any booking tool you use, how you want guests to book, whether you want to take payments, your name, email address, mobile number and anything else you choose to tell us. We also record that you gave consent and when.

To reply to your enquiry, call you to confirm details, quote and build your site, and to keep records of the work we agreed.

Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for one year. Customer records are kept for as long as we provide the service and then for the period required for tax and accounting.

We use GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) to manage our customer relationships, marketing automation, and website forms. Personal data collected through our site is transferred to and securely stored on servers located in the United States.

To ensure your data is protected according to GDPR standards, HighLevel, Inc. processes this data strictly under our instructions and complies with lawful transfer mechanisms. This includes reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and UK Extension) as well as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) within our Data Processing Agreement.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent or object to our use of it. Email hello@yourbnb.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
