Terms & Conditions

We build you a website for your short-term rental, set up an editable guest guide, provide QR business cards where your plan includes them, and host and support the site while your monthly plan is active. Extras such as calendar sync, online payments and walkthrough video are provided where agreed.

A one-off build fee is payable before the build starts, and a monthly fee covers hosting, upkeep and support. Fees are as shown on our pricing at the time you order. Monthly fees are collected in advance. [Placeholder, add payment method and late payment terms.]

We target going live within 48 hours of our confirmation call. That is a target, not a guarantee, and it depends on receiving the information and photos we need from you.

You handle your own bookings, deposits, guest communication, taxes, insurance, licensing and any local registration rules. We provide the tool, not the operation of your rental. You confirm you have the right to use the photos and content you send us.

Your site, your domain and your content are yours. We keep ownership of our underlying templates, code and systems.

Cancel the monthly plan whenever you like. Your site stays live to the end of the paid period and then comes down. One-off build fees are not refundable once the build has started.

We are not liable for lost bookings, lost income or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
